2. Overview of the Service

STL Arabia (“Shop the Look”) is an affiliate-based social platform that allows approved creators to share posts containing affiliate links to third-party online shops.
When a user purchases a product through an affiliate link, both the creator and the platform may earn a commission from the sale according to STL Arabia’s current commission structure.

Users can:

  • Browse posts created by approved creators

  • Favorite posts or products

  • Follow creators

Users must create an account to access favorite and follow features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • STL Arabia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Creator Accounts and Content

  • Only approved creators can publish posts containing affiliate links.

  • Creators may submit content (images, text, or other media) that they own or have the rights to use.

  • By posting content, creators grant STL Arabia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content through the platform and related marketing materials.

  • Content that is designated as exclusive to STL Arabia becomes the property of the platform.

Creators agree not to upload or distribute:

  • Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

  • Misleading, offensive, or illegal material

  • Content that includes unauthorized affiliate links or deceptive marketing practices

STL Arabia reserves the right to remove or modify any content at its discretion.

5. Use of the Service

Users may not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the platform

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect data

  • Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity

  • Violate applicable laws or these Terms

STL Arabia may suspend or terminate access for violations at any time.

6. Third-Party Links and Disclaimers

  • The platform contains affiliate links to third-party online merchants.

  • STL Arabia is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of these third-party sites.

  • STL Arabia does not sell or deliver the products linked on the platform and does not guarantee their quality, safety, or suitability.

  • Any transactions or disputes arising from third-party purchases are solely between the user and the merchant.

  • Our services facilitate a convenient, free, and enjoyable shopping experience for you, simultaneously marketing Merchant Products for commission and compensating Creators.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding elements of STL Arabia are the property of STL Arabia and may not be used without prior written consent.
Users and creators retain ownership of their respective content unless marked as exclusive.

8. Termination

STL Arabia reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any account at its discretion;

  • Remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Inactive accounts are not automatically removed but may be deactivated for security or administrative purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STL Arabia and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Any loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Service

  • Any transactions, disputes, or damages related to third-party merchants or affiliate links

10. Modifications to the Terms

STL Arabia reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or by email.
Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
